Join us for a workshop exploring yoga and mindfulness practice. Some say that autism feels like being on fire on the inside. Yoga, a practice that unites body, mind, & spirit, gives us tools to regulate our nervous system and find calm and balance on the inside. Using breathing practices, movement, relaxation techniques, and meditation, we will learn practices to feel more safe, relaxed, and at ease in our body, more positive and hopeful in our mind, and more connected with our spirit.
